LOWER BODY / CORE

THE TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR BODY.

Each VFC Lower Body/ Core class starts with a heart-pumping cardiovascular warm-up. Within 5 minutes, you’ll challenge your endurance, build heat and prepare the body for what’s to come. All VFC classes are fueled by upbeat DJ-inspired music, are low impact and modified to all levels. Lower Body/ Core focuses on those hard to reach areas in the  Glutes, Hips, Thighs, Calves, and Lower Back. All workouts are professionally designed in a functional movement system to promote stabilization, strength, and flexibility for the safe and fun longevity of the lower body and core.

TUESDAY 8PM (CST)

UPPER BODY / CORE

THE STRUCTURE OF YOUR BODY.

Each VFC Upper Body/ Core class starts with a heart-pumping cardiovascular warm-up. Within 5 minutes, you’ll challenge your endurance, build heat and prepare the body for what’s to come. Stretching is a vital component of movement and we start and finish each class with stretching. Then, Upper Body/ Core which focuses on those hard to reach areas in the Gut, Love Handles, Chest, Shoulders, Pelvic, and Lower Back. All VFC classes are fueled by upbeat DJ-inspired music, are low impact and modified to all levels. All workouts are professionally designed in a functional movement system to promote stabilization, strength, and flexibility for the safe and fun longevity of the Upper body and core.

THURSDAY 8PM(CST)

CARDIO-BURN

THE ENGINE OF YOUR BODY.

Each VFC CARDIO-BURN class starts with a heart-pumping cardiovascular warm-up. Within 5 minutes, you’ll challenge your endurance, build heat and prepare the body for what’s to come. Stretching is a vital component of movement and we start and finish each class with stretching. Then, CARDIO-BURN focuses on mind-body connection as you follow along with the instructor with scheduled FUN, SAFE, Functional Movement that will have you sweating all over your body..LOL… All VFC classes are fueled by upbeat DJ-inspired music, are low impact and modified to all levels. All workouts are professionally designed in a functional movement system to promote stabilization, strength, and flexibility for the safe and fun longevity of the Upper body and core.
